Slavery in Libya

Since the inception of time, slavery has been an epidemic, a condition, a practice and system that many have fought, and continue to fight against. The human life is priceless; it cannot and should not be sold in exchange for anything. But the wickedness and hardheartedness of some people have pushed them into exploiting and taking advantage of desperate individuals whose living conditions are very dire. These perpetuators lie to their victims and promise them a new heaven, and a new earth in a developed country, in exchange for huge sums of money. And these victims, out of desperation, ignorantly agree to partake in a “life-changing opportunity,” only to end up as slaves in the other side of the world.
