Echoes Africa Magazine is a United States based Pan-African publication established with the primary aim of telling the African story; African stories told by Africans themselves and not as presented by the western media. We feel Africa should tell its own story to the world, rather than leave it in the hands of foreign media and that, is what we are committed to achieving.  Echoes Africa magazine is designed to be the voice of the African continent. It is published six times a year (every other month) and is widely circulated across the United States, Canada and Africa. Our goal is to strategically increase our circulation base to eventually cover the whole of Africa and major cities across the globe - telling the African story to the rest of the world.

Echoes Africa is a platform through which we hope the world would begin to learn the truth about Africa. We are strategically infiltrating the important fora so the African story can spread. We have covered the United Nations General Assembly since 2014 and focused on the presentations and activities of African leaders and, the UNGA meetings as it affects the continent.

Articles from Echoes Africa is now part of class discussions in some tertiary institutions in the United States; scholars now argue about Africa because of articles in Echoes Africa and people in the western world have begun to question and doubt all they’ve heard all their lives about Africa. While there’s no disputing the fact that Africa, like every other part of the world, has its fair share of problems and people with negative behaviors, the truth is that for every one negative news coming out of Africa, there are several other positive ones that should equally make the news that go untold. Telling the African story is what Echoes Africa is about.

Telling the African story is the responsibility of every African as everyone is affected one way or the other. Africans of today want a better continent for future generations - one they can be proud of and, that can compete favorably with the rest of the world. People of the continent need to begin to do that by singing their own song and not leaving others to write the lyrics for them. Echoes Africa magazine: African story by Africans, is designed to be the voice of the continent - our gift to Africa.
